Course Instructions:
1. The complete online course is laid out in 11 modules. Each module has a unique and time-sensitive password. Please contact Dr. Canfield at 214-384-0796 to receive the correct access password.
2. View the course material very carefully (you will receive the links and password from Dr. Canfield by e-mail).
3. Each module has a 5 question quiz at the end of the video recording. Start the quiz when you are fresh and take your time.
4. There is no time limit on taking each module quiz.
5. This course is considered an "open book" exam. You may review the videos and slides at any time as a learning aid or to check the accuracy of your responses before submitting each completed quiz.
6. Be sure to answer each quiz question; if you do not answer a question, it is counted as incorrect.
7. A minimum score of 100% is required for successful completion of this exam. You have an unlimited number of times to complete the entire exam.
8. The processing fee for this course entitles only one person to receive a certification of completion at the end of the clinical presentation, which will be e-mailed to you.
9. Your module quiz answers will be automatically e-mailed to Dr. Canfield. If there is a problem, you can e-mail them to Dr. Canfield at sedationce@aol.com
Video Instructions:
The modules are mp4 recorded files that allow you to click on a slide and then listen to Dr. Canfield present material on that subject. You can advance down to the slide of your choosing, by just clicking on it. Note: Your Internet Browser may take approximately 1-2 minutes to fully load the Module before you are able to advance down to a slide.
